What are Frescopet collar attachments?

Frescopet is a fragrant collar attachment designed to easily slide onto your pet's existing collar or flea collar to provide a fragrant effect to your pet.

What are the advantages Frescopet has over conventional spray-on perfumes?

• Frescopet simply outlasts perfumes.
• Frescopet does not irritate the skin and eyes of the animal like some perfumes may.
• Frescopets' fragrance will not fade away if the patch gets wet.
• Frescopets' fragrance will not change once in contact with your pet.
  • Colognes and perfumes can sometimes morph into disagreeable scents over time once sprayed onto your pet. This is simply not an issue with Frescopet as the tag itself is time releasing the scent into the air.

Is Frescopet safe for my dog or cat?

Yes. Frescopet fragrant collar attachments do not contain hazardous chemicals such as those found in flea collars. The fragrance level is at the 'just right' level to provide a fragrant effect.

Will Frescopet hurt my pet?

No. Frescopet is made of a very soft and flexible plastic. It can be easily attached and removed.

Will Frescopet fit my pets collar?

Frescopet comes in two sizes to fit most collars:

• Small (for collars up to 3/4" wide)
• Med/Large (for collars up to 1-1/4" wide)
  

How long does Frescopet last?

Frescopet collar attachments are infused with fragrance to last up to a month. However, pet owners frequently change them every 1-2 weeks.

What are my shipping options?

We offer free shipping on all orders, including international orders. We ship via USPS or common carrier.

Is my credit card information safe?

We use Google Checkout & Paypal to process our orders. As such, we never handle your credit card information or have it stored in our files. Google Checkout & Paypal both offer protection to the consumer against fraud and their safety track record is exemplary.

What if I don't have a credit card?

Currently we only accept payment through Google Checkout or Paypal. However, Western Union does offers a prepaid Visa card that can be obtained without a credit check or a bank account. Once activated, this card can be used to go through our regular checkout process online. Visit their website for more information.

Will you be coming out with more products?

Yes. We will be introducing pet shampoos and conditioners to complement the Frescopet fragrances.

Do you accept returns?

At the moment we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
